This month our featured speakers are Cathy Bennett and Benicia Police Officers

 

 

 

They will present the details of the academy and answer any questions you may have.

 

This exciting upcoming Academy is held annually at the Benicia Police Station, starting August, and yes, you can attend! 

 

The academy occurs from 6:30 - 9:30 on Wednesday evenings beginning August 19th, concluding October 21st.  There are special training on two Saturdays (9/12 and 9/18).

 

Hear about the various divisions and teams within the police department, including; our communication center and dispatch, hearing from members of the Special Weapons and Tactics Team (SWAT), crime scene investigation, patrol duties, crime
prevention efforts, meeting our department K-9’s and more!

 

Join us at 10:30 at The Dona Benicia Room at the Benicia Library.  For your convenience, if you may also attend this event on Zoom.
